How It Works:

Ezparksleep partnered with Hotels that are privately owned and operated across North America to allow customers to comparison shop and reserve airport hotel and parking packages online.

Pricing and Availability:

EzParkSleep.com arranges airport hotel with extended airport parking reservations and arranges shuttle service to and from Departure Airport.  The Individual Hotel Partners sets the prices, operates the hotel & parking lots, provides the airport shuttle services, determines parking availability and charges you for any parking fees or services provided.

Changes/ Cancellations:

Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will NOT affect the amount you paid online to reserve your hotel room with parking package.

The Prepaid deposit amount is fully refundable once you provide us with the hotel’s cancellation number or approval from the hotel partner. If you used a Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account.

Each Hotel will have its own cancellation policy. Failure to cancel in accordance with the hotel policy may result in a no-show charge equal to the full price of the room and parking package. We will not waive or negotiate this penalty. The Hotel will collect the balance at the beginning of your trip, no fund will be issued if you choose not to spend the night on your return. No adjustments to the original amount if you have early return. The price of the reservation is calculated based on the information you entered when booking the reservation.

Payments:

We accept all major credit cards, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address on your order form must match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.

Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the hotel details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
